No, unfortunately we don’t ship Internationally just yet.

How do I track my order ?
Depending on the carrier you used you can track when we received your device, from there it enters our system and you will be constantly informed about the status of your device, after you receive a notification that we ship it out you can track it using the tracking page
How can I cancel or change my order ?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
How long will it take to get my device back ?
Depending on how you send it to us we may receive it between one to two business days, normally we do a same day repair unless special circumstances, and we send back using USPS priority mail that may take one to two days, unless otherwise specified when you scheduled the service.
What Shipping methods are available ?
Our preferred carrier is USPS we normally use small boxes priority mail, depending on your location they may take between 1 to 3 days for delivery, you can choose to use Priority Mail Express® Overnight Guarantee 1.
You could also send us pre-printed, pre-paid mailing labels with your preferred carrier and select local pickup on checkout.
And finally you can pick it up at our offices.
Do you provide any warranty ?
Except on Water Damage repair, we offer 3 month warranty on all repairs.
We cannot provide warranty on water damage due to possible corrosion under shields that we may have not detected but we could take a second look if we repaired it.
